Terms of Service for Business Accounts

These terms apply to company accounts and partner pages on GlobeFellas.
This is a translation; the Swedish original prevails in case of conflict.
1. Parties and scope
Globefellas is the provider, and the customer is a company verified by a registration number or equivalent. The agreement covers the package chosen from the price list at the time of purchase.
2. Contract term
12 months from publication, automatically renewed for 12 months at a time. A reminder is sent 30 days before renewal.
3. Termination
The customer cancels via their account no later than the day before renewal. No refund for a period already begun, except for the right of withdrawal below.
4. Right of withdrawal for new customers
Full refund within 14 days if the page has not yet been published.
5. Price and payment
Price excludes VAT, payable in advance by card or invoice with 30 days' payment terms. If payment is not made after a reminder, the page is hidden until payment is received. Price adjustments are announced no later than 60 days before renewal. The founder discount applies only to the period stated at purchase, after which the standard price applies.
6. Customer content
The customer is responsible for ensuring that texts, images and logos are accurate and that the customer has the right to use them. The customer grants Globefellas the right to display, translate and adapt the content on the platform during the term of the agreement.
7. AI-generated draft
Content retrieved from the customer's website is published only once approved by the customer. Machine translations may be adjusted by the customer.
8. Review and labeling
Globefellas reviews content before publication and may refuse or remove content that violates law or guidelines. All paid content is labeled "Partner" or "Ad" in accordance with the Marketing Act.
9. Editorial independence
Payment does not affect ratings, rankings, climate data, reviews or the travel agent's recommendations. The customer cannot demand the removal of independent reviews.
10. Statistics and data
The customer receives aggregated statistics on views and clicks. No personal data about visitors is disclosed. Processing takes place in accordance with the GDPR and Globefellas' privacy policy.
11. Availability
Globefellas aims for 99% availability per month but does not guarantee traffic, clicks or bookings.
12. Limitation of liability
Globefellas' liability is limited to the fee for the current contract year. No liability for indirect damage or lost profit.
13. Suspension
In the event of a material breach of contract, such as misleading content, Globefellas may suspend the page immediately and terminate the agreement without refund.
14. Changes to the terms
Material changes are announced 60 days in advance and take effect from the next renewal.
15. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by a general court, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
