This UNESCO Biosphere Reserve is home to the ancient Garajonay laurel forest, a prehistoric ecosystem that has survived for millions of years. These months offer ideal conditions for hiking through misty cloud forests and exploring traditional villages connected by silbo gomero, the famous whistled language.
